Property Owner Lookup
You can now view the name and contact information of the current property owner(s) for any property in the US, right from the DealCheck app.
This feature is available with the DealCheck Pro upgrade.
Add Your Own Sales & Rental Comps
We’ve added the ability to manually add sales and rental comps, as well as update the information for comps pulled from property records.
This feature is available with the DealCheck Pro upgrade as well.
Commercial Rent Roll Improvements
We’ve made it easier to analyze mixed-use, retail, office and other commercial properties by adding more options to customize their unit composition and rent roll.
We’ve also made sharable property reports even better with a PDF download button, re-sharing options and improved social media link previews.
