Cash Flow and Profit Projection Charts
You can now view cash flow and equity projection charts for all rentals and BRRRR’s, as well as profit and ROI projection charts for flips.
These charts can also be included in all property reports:
More Detailed Loan Analysis
The Property Analysis and Comparison pages now show more information about each property’s loan, including the loan amount breakdown, LTV and LTC ratios, and mortgage insurance (PMI) payments:

You now should always be able to add comps manually to your properties, even if they are located outside the US.
We’ve added the Botswana Pula as an available currency option. You can change your currency in your Settings.
